I am an active real estate investor focused on acquiring multifamily properties and RV parks. I am looking for a proactive, organized, and results-driven Virtual Assistant to help build and manage an investor pipeline.
This position involves researching potential investors, generating qualified leads, managing our GoHighLevel (HighLevel) CRM, making outbound phone calls, screening potential investors, and scheduling appointments for me to speak directly with qualified prospects about investment opportunities.
I am looking for someone who can take ownership of the entire lead-generation process, from identifying potential investors to getting qualified prospects on my calendar.
The ultimate goal is to build a consistent pipeline of qualified investors and capital partners who may be interested in participating in future multifamily and RV park acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Investor Lead Generation & Research
Research and identify potential real estate investors, accredited investors, private money investors, family offices, and investment groups.
Build targeted investor lists for multifamily and RV park acquisitions.
Identify potential limited partners (LPs), general partners (GPs), private investors, and capital partners.
Research LinkedIn, investor databases, online directories, real estate investment networks, and other relevant sources.
Gather accurate contact information, including names, companies, email addresses, phone numbers, websites, and LinkedIn profiles.
Identify investors whose investment interests align with multifamily and RV park opportunities.
2. Outbound Calling & Investor Qualification
Make outbound phone calls to potential investors identified through research.
Introduce our real estate investment business and explain the purpose of the call professionally.
Determine whether prospects have an interest in multifamily or RV park investment opportunities.
Screen potential investors based on their investment experience, interests, general investment capacity, geographic preferences, and willingness to consider future opportunities.
Determine whether prospects are interested in learning more about future real estate investment opportunities.
Record call notes, responses, questions, and qualification details in GoHighLevel.
Follow up with interested prospects through approved phone, email, and text communication channels.
Maintain a professional and relationship-focused approach rather than using aggressive sales tactics.
3. Appointment Setting
Schedule qualified and interested investors directly on my calendar.
Coordinate appointment times and send calendar invitations.
Confirm scheduled appointments and send reminders.
Provide me with a summary of each prospect before the scheduled meeting, including:
Investor name and contact information.
Company or investment background.
Interest in multifamily, RV parks, or both.
Previous real estate investment experience.
General investment capacity, if voluntarily disclosed.
Questions, concerns, and investment preferences.
Notes from the initial screening call.
Follow up with prospects who express interest but are not ready to schedule immediately.
The primary objective is to get qualified, interested investors on my calendar so I can personally discuss investment opportunities and potential partnerships with them.
4. CRM Management – GoHighLevel
Enter and organize investor contacts in GoHighLevel.
Create and maintain investor pipelines and lead stages.
Categorize contacts by investor type, investment interests, and geographic preferences.
Maintain accurate records and remove duplicate contacts.
Track outbound calls, conversations, follow-ups, and appointment status.
Build automated follow-up workflows where appropriate.
Keep the CRM organized and updated consistently.
5. Reporting & Pipeline Development
Provide weekly reports detailing:
Number of new investor leads researched.
Number of qualified investor contacts added.
Number of outbound calls completed.
Number of investors reached.
Number of interested and qualified prospects.
Number of appointments scheduled.
Number of appointments completed, when known.
Follow-up activity and pipeline progress.
Required Qualifications
Previous experience with outbound calling, cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing.
Experience with lead generation and prospect research.
Experience managing CRMs, preferably GoHighLevel (HighLevel).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Professional phone presence and strong conversational skills.
Ability to qualify prospects and build relationships.
Familiarity with commercial real estate, multifamily investing, RV parks, syndications, or private equity is a major plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, efficiently, and within a limited budget.
What I Am Looking For
I am not simply looking for someone to collect email addresses or fill out spreadsheets.
I want someone who can manage the entire investor acquisition pipeline:
Find potential investors.
Research and qualify their investment backgrounds.
Make outbound calls.
Determine their level of interest.
Schedule appointments with qualified prospects.
Maintain and update the CRM.
Follow up consistently.
The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with potential investors, has a professional phone presence, and understands the importance of building long-term investor relationships.
I am looking for someone who is resourceful, self-motivated, and capable of producing measurable results without expensive software subscriptions or unnecessary overhead.
