Investor Discovery & Phone Outreach

I need reliable, detail-oriented support to identify potential investors that fit my company’s profile, build a clean contact list, and then reach out to them directly by phone. The job breaks down into two parts:

1. Research
• Locate investors whose past activity and stated interests align with my sector and growth stage.
• Capture accurate names, roles, direct phone numbers, and, where available, brief notes on their most relevant investments.

2. Phone outreach
• Place introductory calls, briefly present our opportunity (script and talking points provided), and record the outcome in a shared tracker.
• Secure permission for a follow-up meeting or gather any immediate feedback.

I will supply the pitch materials, a CRM template, and guidance on investor profiles. You will update the tracker daily so I can see progress in real time. Strong spoken English and comfort making professional calls are essential; previous experience speaking with investors, executives, or high-net-worth individuals is a plus.

Deliverables (to mark the project complete):
• Spreadsheet or CRM export with verified investor details and call outcomes.
• Call log with date, time, contact name, and next-step notes.
• Brief summary highlighting key insights or objections heard during calls.
