I’m producing a quiet, reflective group of tracks played live, and want the visuals to feel just as relaxed and intimate. We’ll have a full day inside a studio space in North London where I’d like to build a soft, moody atmosphere. The place is an Arts and Crafts building used for classical music. My music is more folk with jazz elements. The date is highly likely to be 22 or 23 October.

I am imagining 2 person shoot with 2 statics. We are a five piece band, playing mostly acoustic instruments.

The audio is being captured by a separate team, tho obv we might like access to room audio off your camera mics.

Here’s the flow I have in mind: we capture the performance with a few slow-moving, well-framed shots—nothing rushed—then weave in close-ups of the instruments and musos, and arty details from the room to reinforce the warmth and calm of the song. Natural-looking soft boxes, practical lamps, or LEDs gelled warm should keep the lighting consistent with that vibe.

After the shoot, I’ll need you to handle the complete post-production: colour grading to maintain gentle tones, clean cuts that respect the tempo, and a finished edit ready for upload (4K master plus a social-media-friendly version). Syncing audio is straightforward; I’ll supply the final track in advance.

Deliverables
• Fully edited music videos (approx. 5 of them - as many as we can reasonably shoot in a day, 4-6 min each) in 4K ProRes or similar
• Secondary 1080p version optimised for socials
• All raw footage and project files on hand-off

If you’re comfortable directing on a minimal set, shaping mood with lighting, and polishing a cohesive final cut, let’s talk.
