I’m ready to scale up quickly and need a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist who can uncover high-potential, entry-level candidates from around the globe. The search must lean heavily on job boards; that means writing attention-grabbing postings, spotlighting them on platforms such as Indeed, Monster, and comparable international sites, then actively mining those databases for hidden gems.

What I’ll count on you to do:
• Craft and optimise each advert so it surfaces near the top of relevant searches.
• Build and manage a pipeline inside my ATS, tagging applicants neatly for future roles.
• Pre-screen resumes and run concise first-round interviews to check for cultural fit, communication skills, and foundational technical or business aptitude (role-specific criteria will be shared once we kick off).
• Present me with a concise shortlist that includes your interview notes and a clear hiring recommendation.
