Internal job manual Template Creation

I need a set of clean, idiot proof job instruction templates that my small home-services exteam can follow at a glance. Each handout should:

• live in Microsoft Word (Excel is fine for any tables you feel work better in a sheet)
• follow one consistent layout so we can later repurpose it for our job and sales manuals
• present the core content as step-by-step job instructions laid out in clear bullet points

I’ll supply rough sketches and all the key information; you transform that into a polished, easy-to-update document I can tweak as the company grows.

Deliverables
1. Print-ready Word file of the first handout, fully formatted
2. A blank template version so we can duplicate it for future topics
3. Any custom Excel tables, if used, linked or embedded in the Word file

Acceptance will be based on:
• readability at a quick glance by field technicians
• logical bullet-point flow of the instructions
• style consistency and editable formatting within Word/Excel

If this initial handout hits the mark, I’ll roll the same template into a full job and sales manual, so think scalability from the start.
