We are seeking an experienced EpicInterface Integration Analyst to design, implement, and support application interfaces that enable reliable, secure data exchange between clinical systems and external partners. The ideal candidate has strong integration and troubleshooting expertise, experience supporting healthcare applications, and a passion for delivering scalable solutions that improve operational and clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of interface development, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, implementation, go-live support, and ongoing maintenance.
Collaborate with application teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to define interface requirements and resolve integration-related issues.
Coordinate interface testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities to ensure successful deployments.
Partner with interface engine developers to design data translation and transformation logic supporting EHR and third-party system integrations.
Monitor production interfaces proactively and drive permanent resolution of interface issues through root cause analysis and corrective action.
Analyze integration workflows and data to identify opportunities for optimization and improved performance.
Develop and maintain interface documentation, testing plans, and support procedures.
Support upgrades, enhancements, and evolving organizational needs through additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bridges Certification required and must be maintained as a condition of employment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
6+ years of experience in an IT, systems integration, or interface-related role.
Experience supporting healthcare application integrations and data exchange between clinical systems and external partners.
Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills in complex integration environments.
Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and clearly communicate solutions.
Understanding of how business and operational requirements translate into technical integration designs.
Strong coordination and project management skills across multiple teams and vendors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Epic Bridges interfaces.
Experience with HL7 messaging, interface engines, and healthcare interoperability standards.
Experience supporting EHR integrations and third-party vendor connectivity.
Experience coordinating testing, cutover, and go-live activities for complex healthcare technology initiatives.
