Our English-speaking and personality-development centre is shifting all training and support to the web, so the site has to be far more than a brochure. It must become the sole communication bridge between students and our coaching team, handling enrolment, learning, discussion, and follow-up in one place.
Core interactions will revolve around student forums. Every registered user—whether learner or instructor—will share the same access privileges, so I do not need complex role hierarchies. What I do need is a smooth, distraction-free way for everyone to log in, post questions, reply, and build community threads tied to each course module.
The learning area should host three content formats:
• Streaming or embedded video lessons that play cleanly on mobile and desktop
• Text-based tutorials that are easy to browse and search
• Interactive quizzes with instant scoring to reinforce each topic
I want these materials organised in a modern LMS-style layout, yet light enough that students never feel lost. Progress tracking, basic certificates, and a dashboard summary will help keep motivation high, but none of that should require separate admin roles.
Visually the site ought to reflect the confidence we instil—clear typography, upbeat colours, and seamless navigation. I already have branding guidelines ready to share. All communication after launch—doubts, feedback, interview prep, placement updates—must happen inside the portal so notifications, email digests, or push alerts will be essential.
Please build the platform with scalability in mind; we plan to release new courses every quarter. Once the core is in place, I’d like the flexibility to add more interactive elements or third-party integrations without a full rebuild.
Deliverables:
• Fully responsive website with student forum module activated
• Content management setup for video, text lessons, and quizzes
• Single-level user registration and login flow
• Basic progress dashboard and certificate generation
• Documentation and a short hand-over walkthrough for my team
I’m available to discuss preferred tech stacks, hosting, and any questions that help you scope the work accurately.
