Interactive Job Interview Practice Helper

I am rolling out an “Interview Studio Helper” whose sole purpose is to let candidates rehearse real-world job interviews in a safe, constructive environment. The helper must conduct a full mock interview, asking one question at a time, then wait until the very end of the session to deliver a consolidated round of feedback that highlights strengths, missed points and suggested improvements.

The flow I have in mind is straightforward: greet the user, cycle through a configurable set of job-interview questions (behavioural and technical), capture each response—text or voice—and finally generate a detailed summary of feedback once all answers are in. I’d like the experience to feel natural and conversational, so thoughtful wording, timing and follow-up prompts matter.

Core deliverables:
• A working prototype (web or desktop) that runs the full interview → feedback sequence
• A simple admin panel or JSON file where I can add, remove or reorder questions
• Clear, commented source code plus a short README explaining setup, customisation and future extension

You are free to choose the stack—common picks like React, Vue, Python (Flask/FastAPI) or Node are all fine—as long as it is lightweight and easy for me to maintain. If you can integrate basic speech-to-text and text-to-speech using Web Speech API or a similar library, that’s a plus but not mandatory for the first iteration.

I will review the prototype by running a sample interview, checking that the questions flow smoothly and that the end-of-session feedback is coherent, actionable and tailored to my answers. Once it meets those criteria, we can discuss polishing touches such as UI styling, analytics hooks or multilingual support.
