Interactive Employee Performance Excel Dashboard

I have an Excel workbook that captures our team’s raw data and I want it transformed into a clean, interactive dashboard focused exclusively on employee performance. The finished file should let any manager filter or sort results on-the-fly so they can instantly see how each employee is doing.

Here’s what I need you to surface:
• Attendance and punctuality trends by person and by date range
• Number of completed tasks compared across individuals, teams, and time periods
• Sales and revenue generated per employee, with the ability to drill down into weeks or even days

All three metrics must be viewable together or separately through slicers or a similar Excel filtering method. Visual cues such as conditional-format heatmaps, dynamic bar/line charts, and KPI status indicators should update automatically as the user adjusts filters.
