Interactive 16-Page Fillable Employment Application PDF

I have a sixteen-page employment application that is currently a static PDF. I need it converted into a fully interactive form so applicants can type directly into every required area whether they open it on a desktop, tablet, or phone.

Here’s what must be built in:
• Typable text fields throughout for names, addresses, work history, etc.
• Checkboxes wherever our current paper version asks the applicant to tick a choice.
• Field-level validation so email addresses, phone numbers, dates, and ZIP codes follow the correct format the moment they are entered.
• A secure digital-signature field on the final consent page so candidates can sign electronically without printing.
