Integrated Website, LIMS & Project Management System -- 2

We are looking for an experienced developer or software team to build a **company website with two integrated systems: LIMS and Engineering Project Management.**

Our company manufactures testing machines and operates an engineering testing laboratory.

**Required features:**

- **Website:** Company profile, products, testing services, inquiry forms and editable content.
- **Project management:** Visual WBS divided into Mechanical, Electrical and Software; work-package descriptions; RACI responsibilities; engineer assignments; sprint planning and live Gantt charts.
- **Employee dashboard:** Assigned tasks, deadlines, daily reports, timesheets, blockers and completion evidence. Engineers should see the full project WBS, with their own work highlighted.
- **Approvals:** Task completion review, meeting minutes, action tracking and decision approvals.
- **LIMS:** Test-item registration, scheduling, test records, raw-data uploads, report preparation, review and authorized release. Initial focus is vibration testing.
- **Equipment:** Equipment history, calibration certificates, maintenance records and due-date reminders.
- **AMC and service:** Installed-machine records, preventive maintenance, breakdown tickets and service reports.
- **Challans:** Dispatch/receipt records, photographs, acknowledgements, partial returns and reminders for missing evidence or overdue items.

The platform must include role-based access, audit history, notifications, backups and Excel/PDF exports, and work on mobile and desktop browsers. RFQs, quotations and purchase orders will continue through email.
