I’m putting up a single complex that will both house the herd and process the milk on-site, so every square metre has to work for two purposes.

Cow area
The barn section must be laid out around efficient feeding troughs—those are non-negotiable. Good airflow and soft bedding are welcome additions if they fit the overall plan, but the troughs come first.

Milk-processing wing
On the dairy side I need a clean flow line that accommodates:
• stainless-steel storage tanks sized for our daily yield
• reliable sanitization equipment placed for quick wash-down cycles
• a compact yet functional packaging area ready for bottling or bagging

I’ll supply herd numbers and projected output once the layout stage begins, so you can finalise dimensions and equipment specs. What I expect back are clear drawings or models that show the full footprint, traffic flow from stall to processing room, and utility runs that keep hygiene standards front and centre. If the design is approved, we can talk through phased construction and equipment installation as a follow-up milestone.
