Installer Training Certification Platform Development

We are looking for a developer to create a user-friendly online platform for our installer training certification program. The platform will integrate our existing video tutorials and text-based lessons, along with the following features:

- Interactive quizzes for testing
- Progress tracking for users
- Completion certificates upon course completion
- Activity logs for monitoring engagement
