I’m outfitting my laundry area with a standard washing machine and want a dedicated drain line tied into the nearby drain pipe. The routing is already planned; what I need is a skilled plumber—or someone with solid residential plumbing experience—to cut, run, and securely connect the new line so it meets local code, has the proper slope, and remains leak-free under full discharge.

The job involves:
• Selecting and supplying the correct pipe, fittings, trap, and vent components (PVC or equivalent).
• Opening the wall as needed, mounting the standpipe, and joining into the existing branch drain.
• Sealing, pressure-testing, and restoring any wall access points once the connection proves watertight.

Final acceptance: the washer must drain smoothly with no backflow or leaks, and the work should be ready for inspection if required. I’m ready to start as soon as we confirm materials and schedule.
