Instagram/Facebook Lead-Gen Content Manager

This is a long-term, hourly role owning our brand presence on Instagram and Facebook. The primary purpose is simple—drive qualified leads and nurture them until they convert, with an additional bonus paid on every closed lead that originates from social.

Daily responsibilities include:
• Planning and executing a full-funnel content strategy built around Stories, Posts, and Reels.
• Turning raw clips and images into polished, colorful, on-brand videos and graphics, complete with engaging captions and hashtags.
• Scheduling a steady cadence of content so that our profiles never miss a day.
• Monitoring DMs and comments in real time, responding promptly, qualifying prospects, and tagging hot leads for follow-up.
• Building lightweight storyboards up front so each week of content feels cohesive and purposeful.
• Analyzing performance, then refining creative angles and copy to keep cost-per-lead trending downward.

Success will be measured by:
1. Consistent daily output on both platforms.
2. Visual and tonal brand consistency across all asset types.
3. Lead volume and quality—verified by the number of bonuses earned.
4. Response time to inquiries staying under one hour during business hours.

Preferred tools are whichever editing suite you’re fastest with (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, etc.) plus Meta Business Suite for scheduling and reporting—flexibility is welcome as long as the end result is clean, vibrant, and conversion-oriented.
