Instagram Reels Video Editor Needed

We’re looking for a skilled short-form video editor to create engaging, premium Instagram Reels for a brand.

The editing style should be clean, modern, dynamic and Instagram-native, with a strong focus on pacing and viewer retention.

What we’re looking for:
- Strong pacing with well-timed cuts
- Engaging first few seconds and smooth overall flow
- Subtle zoom-ins, punch-ins and dynamic framing
- Clean, creative transitions without overdoing effects
- Modern and minimal text animations
- Strong music/voiceover sync
- Detailed but subtle sound design and SFX
- Natural, polished colour correction
- Good visual storytelling and attention to detail
- Editing that feels premium and intentional, not generic or template-based

We want the videos to feel fast-paced and attention-grabbing while still being natural and easy to follow.
We will provide the storyboard/script/concept and reference Reels.
