Instagram Growth Content Manager

My brand’s priority this quarter is to build a far stronger presence on Instagram and turn that momentum into lasting brand awareness. I need a hands-on social media manager who can take full ownership of the channel: plan a content calendar, create attention-grabbing short videos/Reels as well as polished photo and carousel posts, handle daily publishing, and actively engage with the audience.

I’ll rely on you to research trends, craft compelling captions and hashtags, schedule content at optimal times, and monitor insights so we can refine the strategy week by week. Consistent tone of voice, on-brand visuals, and measurable follower growth are the benchmarks we’ll track together.

If you already work comfortably with tools such as Instagram Insights, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar, and you understand community interaction (likes, comments, DMs) is just as important as the posts themselves, you’ll be a perfect fit.

At kickoff we’ll agree on posting frequency, creative direction, and simple KPIs for follower increase and reach; after that, deliverables will be reviewed monthly to ensure we stay on course. Let me know your approach, examples of past Instagram wins, and the first ideas you’d test for my account.
