Instagram Email & Phone Scraper

I’m looking for a ready-to-run or custom-built tool that lets me scrape Instagram user profiles on my own machine and pull out one thing only: contact details. Specifically, I need a clean export of any publicly listed or hidden emails and phone numbers from both public and private accounts I feed into the tool.

Here’s the workflow I have in mind:
• I drop in a list of usernames (CSV or TXT is fine).
• The software signs in with my credentials (handling login challenges or two-factor gracefully).
• It navigates each profile, extracts any email address or phone number it can locate—whether surfaced on the profile page, within the bio, or via the “email/phone” buttons Instagram shows to logged-in users.
• Results come back in a CSV with the original username plus two columns: Email and Phone.

I’m completely open on tech. A headless Python script using Selenium or Playwright, an Instaloader fork, or even a lightweight SaaS dashboard I can self-host—all will work as long as it is dependable and fast. If you have experience dodging rate limits, rotating proxies, or integrating residential IPs, mention it; that will help us avoid blocks when scraping private profiles.

Deliverables
1. Working software (script, executable, or hosted code) that scrapes emails and phone numbers from both public and private Instagram profiles.
2. Short setup guide so I can deploy and run the scraper myself.
3. Example run showing at least five sample usernames and the exported CSV to prove it captures the required fields.
