Looking for: Freelance Meta/Instagram Ads Specialist — Travel Brand Launch (Mumbai)
About us: Solomigos is a new Mumbai-based travel community for 18–35s — themed group trips (party, adventure, spiritual) where you go solo and come back with a tribe. We're launching our Instagram now, with our first trip (Sri Lanka, party theme) in end-November/early-December, and need someone to run paid ads through the full funnel — awareness → bookings → final push.
What we need:
• Set up and manage Meta/Instagram ad campaigns across three phases: awareness (page is brand new), conversion (driving bookings once open), and retargeting (urgency push in the final weeks before departure)
• Audience targeting and testing — age, city, interests (solo travel, backpacking, nightlife/party pages)
• Guidance on ad creative formats that convert (we'll supply trip visuals/reels and can help design banners — happy to collaborate closely on themes and messaging)
• Regular reporting on reach, CPC, and conversions, explained simply
Good to have:
• Experience running ads for a travel, experience, or event-based brand (community/group-trip brands are a big plus)
• Comfortable working with a pre-launch/early-stage brand and a tight 7–8 week runway
• Can work within a modest first-test budget (₹15,000–₹30,000 total spend) and show how they'd allocate it
Scope: Project-based for this first trip cycle, with potential to continue managing ads for future trips/cohorts.
