I have a long-form podcast episode that runs just over an hour and I need it shaped into a polished, platform-ready package. The job involves three main pieces:

1. Full Episode Edit
• Clean cuts, color balance, and smooth audio mixing so the final video plays seamlessly on YouTube in 1080p (or higher if you recommend).
• Light motion graphics for chapter titles, lower-thirds, and branded bumpers.
• Hard-coded or SRT captions timed accurately throughout.

2. Teaser
• A 60–90-second trailer built from the key highlights of the episode.
• Hook the viewer in the first few seconds, then maintain energy with upbeat pacing, branded intro/outro, and a quick end screen that points to the full video.

3. Highlight Reels & Shorts
• A series of inspirational, motivational micro-clips formatted 9:16 for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Each clip should open with a strong pull quote, include dynamic subtitles, music stingers, and close with a subtle call to action.
• Keep the tone uplifting rather than comedic or strictly corporate.

Preferred workflow: send edit drafts via frame-accurate review links (Frame.io, Google Drive, or similar), allow at least one revision round per asset, and deliver final exports in MP4 (H.264) along with the editable project files. I usually work in Premiere Pro, but Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve is fine as long as the export specs match.

Acceptance criteria
• Consistent color and audio levels across all outputs.
• Text, logos, and lower-thirds remain inside safe zones.
• No dead air, jump cuts smoothed with B-roll or light zooms.
• Delivered on time with files labeled clearly.

If anything here needs clarification, let me know and we can lock in the timeline right away.
