Inside Sales Representative with Spanish and French

Your responsibilities
• Build, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Work closely and collaboratively with field sales, purchasing, and product management
• Prepare and issue customer-specific quotations and ensure consistent follow-up
• Support CSR (Customer Service Representative) in high-value orders booking.
• Manage booking Blanket +CA
• Monitor all Blankets in CRM.
• Customer master data management.
• Perform as a support for controlling (credit hold/overdue invoices reports).
• Oversee API requests and handle escalations
Requirements
Our requirements

Experience in sales. preferably in international environment

A way of working focused on finding solutions and helping customers

Self-prioritizing tasks, solid organizational skills

Fluency in French for managing customer relations is a must. Fluency in Spanish will be a strong a strong advantage. Strong command of English for daily communication during meetings and in written correspondence.

Solid computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and remote working tools
