Innovative Early Childhood Center Blueprint

I am putting together a comprehensive blueprint for a small-scale, play-based Early Childhood Development Center that will serve five- to seven-year-olds in developing communities aligned with UN development goals. The heart of the project is a curriculum and facility concept that treats play as the primary learning vehicle while weaving in rich educational games, vigorous physical activities, and expressive creative arts each day.

Here is what I need from you:

• A clearly structured, play-based curriculum map covering literacy, numeracy, social-emotional learning, and basic STEM themes, all delivered through games, movement, and art.
• A weekly activity timetable that balances classroom, outdoor, and free-choice zones, showing how educational games, physical exercise, and creative projects intersect.
• Space-use guidelines or rough floor-plan suggestions that support flexible play areas, safe physical activity zones, and dedicated creative corners, mindful of modest resources typical in emerging economies.
• A brief toolkit for locally sourced materials and low-cost equipment so the center remains sustainable and easily replicable.
• A one-page staff guide outlining the play-based philosophy, daily routines, and simple assessment methods suited to this age range.

If you have direct experience designing Montessori or traditional academic programs, that knowledge is welcome so long as the final output remains distinctly play-based. I am looking for concise, practical documents I can hand to community organizers and local builders without extensive adaptation.
