I already have the interior of my puzzle book laid out in a single PDF and a finished front cover. I now need both files converted into a fully compliant IngramSpark package—interior and cover—ready for upload without any pre-press flags.
Every page of the book contains images alongside the puzzles, so bleed settings, image resolution, and ink limits must meet IngramSpark’s guidelines. The trim size is still open; I’m happy to follow your recommendation on the most cost-efficient standard size, provided the final file uses the exact margins, safe zones, and barcode positioning that IngramSpark requires.
Please handle:
• Re-formatting the interior PDF to the chosen trim size, adding bleeds and correct margins.
• Embedding or converting all artwork and fonts so nothing substitutes on Ingram’s end.
• Laying out the cover (front, spine, back) on the appropriate template, adjusting spine width once the final page count is locked.
• Returning two print-ready PDFs—one for the interior, one for the cover—that pass IngramSpark’s pre-flight check on the first attempt.
I work in Adobe Acrobat, so seeing your process in InDesign, Affinity Publisher, or a comparable professional tool is ideal. Once I approve the print files, the job is complete.
