I’m looking for a talented graphic designer to turn my event content into a cohesive set of materials—a brochure and a poster—that feel modern yet laid-back. The main goal is to inform attendees clearly, so the layout must highlight schedules, locations, and key details at a glance while still carrying a relaxed, approachable vibe. Think friendly typography, contemporary colours, and plenty of white space rather than stiff corporate formality.

I will supply the copy, logos, and any photography; you handle the visual concept, layout, and final artwork. Please work in Adobe InDesign or Illustrator so I receive fully editable source files alongside press-ready PDFs with crops, bleeds, and CMYK colours. A web-optimised JPEG/PNG version of each piece for social sharing is also needed.

Deliverables
• One tri-fold (or similar) brochure design
• One matching poster design (A3 size)
• Print-ready PDFs + editable files (.indd/.ai)
• Web-friendly image exports for each item

Acceptance criteria
• Casual, modern aesthetic consistent across both pieces
• Clear information hierarchy; text easy to scan from 1 m distance on the poster
• Correct bleed, safe margins, and colour profile for print

If this sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s get started—I’m ready to provide assets and feedback right away.
