I need an experienced developer to turn my concept for an informational website (and matching mobile app) into a working product. The goal is to present content clearly, load quickly, and give visitors an intuitive experience across desktop and mobile.

Here is what I already know:
• Core purpose: purely informational—no e-commerce, no social features for now.
• Structure: a clean home page, a handful of sub-pages, and a simple contact form.
• Platform: I’m open to proven stacks such as WordPress with a lightweight theme, a React-based SPA, or another framework you recommend—as long as it stays easy for me to update later.
• Design: modern, responsive layout that looks polished on phones and tablets.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Wireframes or mockups for sign-off before coding begins.
2. Fully developed website and companion app (either PWA or native wrappers) ready for deployment.
3. Basic CMS or admin area so I can edit text and images without touching code.
4. Documentation covering setup, hosting, and routine updates.
