Experienced Influencer Recruiters Needed for Verified Post-Based Payout

We are seeking experienced Influencer Outreach Specialists and Creator Recruiters capable of managing end-to-end creator recruitment and publishing processes for Rayove Watch, an AI translation smartwatch campaign on Kickstarter.

**Compensation:**
- USD 64 per approved creator who publishes one verified live promotional post that satisfies all campaign requirements.
- Payment is strictly performance-based. No payment for creator lists, research only, introductions only, outreach only, negotiations, or creators who do not publish content.

**Recruiter Workflow:**
1. Identify suitable creators in relevant categories (Tech, Gadgets, AI, Travel, Smartwatches, Travel Tech, Consumer Electronics).
2. Submit potential creator candidates to us for approval before outreach.
3. Following approval, contact and negotiate with the selected creators.
4. Ensure creators publish agreed promotional content as per campaign standards using their unique tracking links.
5. Provide the public post/video URL after verification.
6. Payment will be made upon successful verification of the published content.

- **Markets:** United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and other English-speaking regions.
- **Platforms:** TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

**What Creators Get:**
Standard offer includes a 15% commission on valid crowdfunding pledges generated through their unique individual tracking link.

We are especially interested in recruiters with robust experience handling influencer relations from outreach up to publication phases—not just providing lists or leads. The ideal specialist will realistically onboard 1–5 published creators within the initial 10 days as a test phase.
