We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Influencer Outreach and Recruitment Assistant to support our creator/influencer recruitment activities.
The selected freelancer will be responsible for managing outreach through our official email and Instagram account, identifying suitable influencers/creators/models, collecting publicly available contact details, and sending professional messages on a daily basis.
This is a remote freelance role for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with creators and influencers professionally.
Responsibilities:
Manage our official email inbox and respond to relevant inquiries professionally.
Manage the official Instagram account for outreach and communication.
Search for relevant influencers, creators, streamers, and models on Instagram and other public platforms.
Find publicly listed business email addresses or contact details from creator profiles/websites.
Maintain an organized database or spreadsheet of contacted creators, including name, Instagram handle, email, category, date contacted, and response status.
Send personalized outreach emails and Instagram DMs using provided templates and guidelines.
Follow up with potential creators.
Track daily outreach activity and submit a simple daily/weekly report.
Identify interested candidates and forward qualified responses for review.
Requirements:
Previous experience in influencer outreach, talent recruitment, social media management, virtual assistance, or lead generation.
Strong written English and professional communication skills.
Good understanding of Instagram, creator/influencer culture, and social-media outreach.
Ability to use Gmail, Google Sheets/Excel, Instagram, and basic online research tools.
Comfortable handling a high volume of daily outreach messages and emails.

No spam, misleading messages, or unauthorized access to any account will be allowed.
All communication must be sent only through the official accounts and approved templates provided by us.
Candidate/creator details, account access, and business information must not be shared with anyone.
