Industrial Occupational Health Nurse

I need a registered occupational health nurse who can step in immediately to support our industrial site. Your main focus will be to safeguard employee wellbeing while keeping us fully compliant with all relevant safety standards.

• Conduct thorough health risk assessments for all shifts, documenting individual and team-level findings.
• Design and launch a practical employee wellness program tailored to a heavy-industry workforce, covering nutrition, fatigue management, and preventive education.
• Provide on-site injury and illness management, including triage, treatment records, return-to-work coordination, and root-cause feedback so we can reduce repeat incidents.

You will be working closely with our HSE manager, so familiarity with OSHA guidelines, workers’ compensation protocols, and electronic health record systems will make the hand-off smooth. Because production never stops here, I need someone who can start ASAP and operate autonomously from day one.
