Three vinyl banners will be displayed at an upcoming industrial-refrigeration expo to introduce our compressor-lubricant range. All of the core information copy and a rough layout are already prepared; what remains is the professional finish that will make the stand look cohesive and high-value.

Key messaging
• Each banner should focus on product benefits first and foremost—extended compressor life, energy savings, and low maintenance downtime—presented in a way that can be absorbed at a glance from the aisle.

Visual tone
• Professional and corporate; clean grids, confident typography, and restrained graphics that resonate with engineers, facility managers, and OEM visitors. No flashy gimmicks: clarity, authority, and brand consistency take priority.

Scope of work
1. Refine my raw concepts into three polished designs, optimising hierarchy, whitespace, and imagery.
2. DOnt have any existing brand color pallet sugession will be appreciated.
3. Source or create simple technical icons/illustrations with relevant images where they add quick clarity.
4. Prepare print-ready files (PDF/X-1a, 300 dpi, outlined fonts, 3 mm bleed) plus editable source files in Adobe Illustrator or InDesign.
5. Supply scaled mock-ups for internal sign-off.

Acceptance criteria
• Text legible from two metres.
• Colour values match brand Pantones within ±2 ∆E.
• Final artwork passes the printer’s pre-flight check without warnings.

Timing
Draft review needed within five days of project start; final files two days after feedback.

If you have prior experience with industrial or B2B technical products, that insight will help us get the tone exactly right. I’ll provide all content, logo files, and stand dimensions the moment we kick off.
