I’m moving an industrial-scale project from concept into detailed design and I need a BIM specialist who works comfortably in both Revit and AutoCAD. The assignment is to build a precise, information-rich model of the facility’s structural components that my engineering team can use for layout, coordination, and ongoing design decisions.

Scope
• Set up the Revit project with correct levels, grids, and shared coordinates
• Model all primary structural elements—columns, beams, bracing, foundations, slabs—so they are fully parametric and schedule-ready
• Generate clean 2D extractions (plans, sections, elevations) and DWG exports for downstream teams
• Keep geometry within typical industrial tolerances and follow our layer/naming standards (I’ll share a brief at kick-off)

Deliverables
1. Native Revit (.rvt) file with organised families and views
2. Linked AutoCAD drawings (.dwg) derived from the model
3. PDF sheets for quick review
4. An element schedule showing quantities and sizes

Acceptance criteria
• Model aligns with supplied sketches/DWGs ±5 mm
• No unresolved warnings or duplicate instances in Revit
• All sheets plot correctly at 1:100 and 1:50 scales

If you’ve handled structural BIM for factories, warehouses, or similar large footprints and can start next week, let’s discuss the hand-off files and timeline.
