I need a reliable translator to convert a variety of Indonesian documents and articles into clear, accurate English.
Scope
• Content: only documents and articles—no product listings or web copy at this stage.
• Tone: every translation must read formal and professional, matching the register of the original text.
• Terminology: feel free to use general terms; I won’t supply a dedicated glossary.
What I’ll provide
• Source files (Word, PDF, or Google Docs)
• Basic context for each piece and any deadline constraints
What I expect back
• A clean, well-formatted English version in the same file type
• Careful preservation of meaning, intent, and any critical formatting (tables, headings, footnotes)
• Quick turnaround on short pieces and the ability to take on longer batches as our collaboration grows
Tools such as SDL Trados, MemoQ, or Wordfast are welcome but not mandatory—accuracy and natural flow come first. Confidentiality is essential; all materials are company-internal. If this first set goes smoothly, I’m interested in setting up an ongoing translation pipeline.
