I need a detail-oriented assistant who already feels at home inside Odoo Accounting. The immediate priorities are twofold: first day to day book keeping, issuing invoices via WIX, Stripe and Odoo, reconciling payments via our company bank account to prepare timely financial reports that management can trust.
Our Odoo instance is live; you’ll be granted access to the Accounting and Reporting modules as soon as we agree on the scope.
The second part of the role is HR management, I am looking for someone who has experience with managing employee performance, introducing regular cadence to review employee performance, output and ensure employees (who all work remotely) are working at capacity to minimised unused hours.
We need someone who can introduce processes that would push to team to do their best and also ensure they work their hours.
The final HR component is reviewing hours and preparing payroll.
We will also need you to keep an eye on client emails from time to time to ensure emails are acknowledged if the team is not online.
Deliverables
• Complete, reconciled payroll run every pay period and entered into Odoo as well as a G sheets management report
• Journal entries automatically posted to the general ledger and matched to bank statements
• Monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow reports exported from Odoo
• Monthly forecasting for management so we have visibility of what to expect incoming the next month.
Acceptance Criteria
• Financial statements must balance and match Odoo’s trial balance summary
• All work must be done inside Odoo; no external spreadsheets except for the single management report
If you are based in Indonesia have experience with Odoo Accounting, HR/Management experience and available to work 10am to 7:30pm Sydney, Australia time with 1 hour lunch break, we'd love to hear from you.
Salary is fixed price $600 AUD a month for 40 hours a week however you do get Indonesia public holidays off as a benefit.
Must be Indonesia based but have native/fluent English skills.
