Indonesia-based developer wanted (AI-assisted / vibe coding welcome): web app for logistics operations and job costing
Preference: freelancers or small teams based in Indonesia. Communication in Bahasa Indonesia, WIB timezone. Proposals in English or Bahasa Indonesia are both fine.
About us
We are a logistics company (export and domestic container). Our work is spread across Excel, chat, and accounting software. We need one web app that connects order intake, operations, documents, costing, and invoice readiness, using a single job number as the link.
We are open to developers who work with AI assistance (Claude, Cursor, and similar), as long as the result is clean, tested, and maintainable.
Status: we are collecting quotes. We will contact the best fits for further discussion and, if it fits, move forward together.
Scope (one project, one total price)
Foundation
- Login and users, roles and access rights
- Master data (customers, vendors, rates, cost types)
- Job numbering, status flow and business rules, validation and approvals
- File storage, notifications and reminders, change history
- Reports and Excel export, initial data import
- Hosting, backups, and security
Operations
- Quotation and order intake, job management
- Booking and vessel schedule
- Trucking and depot (container and seal numbers)
- Documents and customs (completeness and deadlines)
- "Ready to depart / ready to bill" board
Costing
- Planned cost and actual cost per job
- Vendor invoice reading with AI
- Variance and approval
- Rebillable costs and invoice readiness
- Job closing
- Cash advance (optional)
Management
- Dashboard, vendor cost and margin trends
- AI assistant for variance summaries
- Standard reports
Optional (please price separately)
- Accounting software integration (study first, at minimum CSV export/import)
- Customer portal
- Training and documentation
Out of scope: payments and fund transfers, tax invoices and official invoices, native mobile apps.
What we provide: process flows and work rules per role, so you do not need to discover the process from scratch. Detailed documents are shared after an NDA.
