Indian YouTube Documentary Editor Needed

I run a fast-growing Indian YouTube channel built around narrative-driven documentary episodes and I’m looking for a dependable video editor to join me long-term. Each piece runs 10–20 minutes and must feel cohesive, cinematic and paced for online viewers.

You’ll receive multi-camera interview footage, separate voice-over tracks, and a folder of archival clips and stills. Your job is to stitch these assets into a compelling story: tighten the interviews, layer in the VO so it guides the arc, weave archival footage where it enriches context, and finish with clean color, balanced audio, tasteful graphics and royalty-free background music. I work primarily in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, but DaVinci Resolve is fine if that’s your preferred toolkit.

Essential elements you must incorporate:
• Interviews
• Voiceovers
• Archival Footage

Deliverables for each episode:
• A polished 10–20 minute MP4 ready for YouTube (1080p, H.264)
• All project files and assets organised so revisions are simple

Turnaround is typically one episode per week, with clear briefs and prompt feedback from my side. If you have a reel that shows strong narrative sense—especially documentaries aimed at an Indian audience—send it over along with a short note on your workflow. Looking forward to building a consistent collaboration.
