Indian VA Feedback Calls

I need a detail-oriented Indian virtual assistant to place follow-up calls to customers who have already interacted with our sales team. These are not cold calls; the relationship is warm, and the sole purpose of each conversation is to gather feedback—specifically, suggestions for improvement on our product and overall service experience.

You will receive a daily call list, a short call script, and access to our VoIP line plus a simple Google Sheet for logging results. After every conversation, note the customer’s suggestions, any pain points mentioned, and their overall sentiment. At the end of each day I expect a concise summary highlighting common themes and any urgent issues that require immediate attention.
