India Compensation Benchmarking Experts

I’m looking for an independent Compensation & Rewards consultant, based in India, to run a thorough salary-benchmarking exercise for our Trading business. We operate as an GCC for an UAE based firm and would value someone who already understands the compensation dynamics of similar-sized firms in manufacturing, engineering, industrial products, Oil & Gas ,GCC or EPC environments.

The scope centres on two groups: (accross 8 departments)
• Mid-level professionals
• Senior-level leaders

Your task is to collect, analyse and present market pay data, then translate it into clear recommendations on salary ranges, allowance structures and total-rewards positioning that fit our current scale and future growth plans. I will supply current org charts, role descriptions and head-count data; you’ll bring the market intelligence, proven frameworks and the hands-on know-how to interpret them for an SME context.

To be considered, please share relevant past work - ideally recent Indian market benchmarking reports or projects where you designed or refreshed pay structures for comparable organisations. Briefly outline the data sources you rely on, any proprietary survey access you hold, and typical turnaround times.
