Independent ERP Sales Partner – TCS iON Manufacturing ERP – India

Seeking independent ERP sales professionals with an existing network among SME and mid-market manufacturers. The partner will identify qualified ERP opportunities, connect with decision-makers and support opportunity progression. TCS will manage discovery, demonstration, solution fitment, commercial proposal, implementation, deployment, training and post-go-live support. Compensation per eligible customer conversion, subject to formal programme approval, lead registration and realised customer payment.

I’m rolling out a cloud-based ERP built specifically for manufacturing SMEs and I’m ready to scale its reach through seasoned, independent sales talent.
If you already speak the language of plant managers and C-level execs on the factory floor, this will feel familiar. Your existing network inside small-to-mid-sized manufacturing firms is the key asset I’m looking for; I’m not hiring territories, I’m partnering with relationships.

This engagement is 100 % commission—there is no cap and commissions are paid promptly on every closed deal. I provide:

• Proactive outreach into your manufacturing contacts
• Management of the full sales cycle, from discovery to signed subscription
• Weekly pipeline updates so we can forecast support and implementation resources

Acceptance criteria: a qualified lead counts when the decision-maker books a demo; a win counts when the contract is signed and first payment received—triggering your commission within 30 business days.
