I need to turn a stack of paper receipts from recent in-store sales into a clean digital record that I can filter and analyze later. Every receipt must be keyed in exactly as printed, then the entire dataset should be arranged strictly by date so I can review daily performance at a glance.

You’ll be working from scans I’ll upload to a shared folder. For each receipt capture the full transaction details—date, receipt or register number, product names or SKUs, quantities, item prices, tax and final total—into a single Excel or Google Sheets file. Once entry is complete, sort chronologically and double-check totals so the spreadsheet matches the originals without discrepancies.

A short note flagging any unreadable lines or missing information will help me track what still needs clarification. If you spot calculation errors on the original receipts, record the numbers exactly as shown and leave a comment so I can investigate. Accuracy and consistency matter more than speed, but steady progress updates keep the project on track.

Deliverables:
• Completed spreadsheet of all in-store sales, ordered by date
• Comment column listing any illegible or questionable figures

If this sounds straightforward, let me know your estimated turnaround time and a brief outline of how you’ll ensure error-free entry.
