Java Trainer – Off-Campus Placement Program

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Java Trainer / Industry Expert who can train students and fresh graduates to become job-ready for off-campus IT opportunities.

The trainer will focus not only on teaching Java concepts but also on preparing students for coding assessments, technical interviews, projects, and real-world development scenarios.

Job Location

Talegaon Dabhade, Maharashtra

Work Mode: Offline / On-site

The trainer is required to conduct in-person training sessions at our Talegaon Dabhade location.

Working Days

Thursday, Friday & Saturday only

This is a part-time position, with training sessions conducted exclusively on these three days.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured and practical training in Core Java and Advanced Java.
- Teach Java concepts from beginner to interview-ready level.
- Cover:
- Java Fundamentals & OOPs
- Collections Framework
- Exception Handling
- Multithreading
- Java 8+ Features
- Streams & Lambda Expressions
- JDBC
- SQL & Database Connectivity
- Spring / Spring Boot
- REST APIs
- Git & GitHub
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions and real-world projects.
- Prepare students for:
- Online coding assessments
- Technical MCQ tests
- Coding rounds
- Technical interviews
- HR/communication rounds
- Conduct regular mock interviews and coding assessments.
- Provide company-oriented interview preparation based on current hiring requirements.
- Guide students in DSA and problem-solving.
- Help students build strong Java-based projects and resumes.
- Identify individual skill gaps and provide mentoring.
- Track student progress through assignments, assessments, and mock interviews.
- Keep the curriculum aligned with current industry requirements and off-campus hiring expectations.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Core Java and OOPs.
- Good understanding of DSA and problem-solving.
- Strong knowledge of Java 8+ features.
- Good knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Knowledge of Spring Boot and REST APIs is preferred.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Ability to conduct technical assessments and mock interviews.

Preferred Experience

- 2+ years of professional Java development experience.
- Experience with Spring Boot / Backend Development is an advantage.
- Previous experience as a Java trainer, mentor, or technical interviewer is preferred.
- Industry professionals currently working in Java development are encouraged to apply.
