My Amazon Account Health Rating has slipped because several Health & Beauty listings were flagged for product authenticity. I need someone who knows the exact wording, format, and evidence Amazon expects so I can clear every violation and move the rating back into the green.
What I already have
• Invoices from authorized distributors
• Product images, packaging shots, and brand correspondence
• All performance notifications from Seller Central
Where I need help
1. Audit the account to confirm every authenticity-related infraction that is still hurting the rating.
2. Draft a concise, data-backed Plan of Action (root cause, corrective, preventive) for each ASIN.
3. Organize proofs of authenticity so they match Amazon’s document standards (PDF, no external links, legible supplier details).
4. Submit the appeal through Account Health and monitor it, adjusting wording or documents until Amazon accepts.
Acceptance criteria
• All “Product authenticity” violations removed from the dashboard.
• Overall Account Health Rating returns to Green and stays there for at least two weeks.
• Clear summary report of what was fixed and the preventive steps now in place.
