Import Customer Data to Database

I have several CSV and Excel files that contain our latest customer information—names, contact details, and purchase IDs—and I need every record transferred accurately into our live database. The database is already set up; what I’m missing is the time to handle the import, clean the data, and cross-check for duplicates.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Review each file, flag and resolve any obvious formatting issues or duplicate entries.
• Map every column in the spreadsheets to the correct fields in the database, then run the import.
• Provide a brief post-import report summarising the number of records processed, any corrections you made, and any rows that couldn’t be imported.

You’re free to work in the environment you prefer—MySQL Workbench, phpMyAdmin, Microsoft Access, or straight SQL scripts—as long as the final data sits in the database exactly as outlined above. Accuracy is more important than speed, but once the files are clean I’d like the import completed within a couple of days.
