I need a deep-dive technical SEO audit for my immigration services website. Site traffic has plateaued and I already know there are some underlying technical problems, but I want a clear, data-backed picture of what’s really holding the site back and—more importantly—how to fix it.
Key focus areas
• Site speed: analyse Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed Insights and server response times, then outline both quick wins and structural improvements.
• Mobile-friendliness: test across major devices, highlight UX pain points, and map each issue to its expected traffic impact.
• Indexing: crawl the site (Screaming Frog or similar) and cross-reference with Google Search Console to surface crawl errors, duplicate content, orphan pages, and any blocked resources.
Primary goal
Every finding should be prioritised by its potential to drive more qualified traffic. Where possible, quantify the traffic gains so I can set internal milestones.
Deliverables
1. A concise executive summary (PDF or Google Doc) that flags critical vs. nice-to-have fixes.
2. A detailed spreadsheet listing each issue, evidence (screenshots, crawl data, URLs), recommended action, and estimated impact.
3. A short walkthrough call or recording to explain the report and answer questions.
Please reference the key tools you’ll use—Google Lighthouse, WebPageTest, GTmetrix, Screaming Frog, Search Console API, etc.—so I know your workflow. Once I have the report, I’ll open a separate project for the implementation phase, so clarity and actionable detail are essential.
