Immigration Site Technical SEO Audit

We are looking for an experienced technical SEO specialist to conduct a comprehensive audit of our website, WritePal Global, which provides U.S. immigration-related services with a major focus on E-2 visas.

This is an audit and recommendations project only at this stage. We are not looking for backlink packages, generic monthly SEO services, or automatically generated reports.

Our objective is to identify technical and structural issues that may be preventing the website from ranking organically in Google and to ensure the site's foundation is suitable for both traditional SEO and future GEO/AI-search optimization.

The audit should include:

Complete crawl of the website
Google Search Console analysis
Indexing and crawlability issues
Sitemap and robots.txt review
Canonicalization issues
Duplicate or competing pages
Redirects, 404s and broken links
Page titles and meta-description issues
H1/H2 and page-structure issues
Internal-linking structure
Site architecture and URL structure
Core Web Vitals/page-speed issues
Mobile SEO issues
Schema/structured-data review
Identification of keyword cannibalization
Analysis of why important E-2 pages may not be ranking
Review of whether Google is indexing/ranking the correct pages for relevant topics
Basic assessment of our current topical authority around E-2 visas
Technical issues that could also affect visibility/citation in AI search engines

We will provide access to Google Search Console and any other information reasonably required for the audit.

Deliverables

We want a human-reviewed, prioritized report, not simply an exported SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or other automated audit.

Each significant issue should include:

1. What the problem is
2. Why it matters
3. Which URLs are affected
4. How it should be fixed
5. Priority: Critical / High / Medium / Low

Please also provide a prioritized Top 10 actions we should take first.

You may use Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, Sitebulb or similar professional tools, but the final recommendations must include your own analysis.
