Illinois Family Law Attorney Needed

I’m seeking an Illinois family law attorney to help modify and enforce my existing divorce, parenting, and child support orders in Cook County.

My ex-husband moved to South Dakota on August 30, leaving me responsible for our two children’s full-time, day-to-day care. He moved without discussing or arranging changes to our parenting agreement with me. He does not consistently respond to communications about the children, maintain regular contact with them, or provide consistent financial support.

I want to pursue sole parental decision-making and primary physical custody, with a clear parenting schedule that reflects his relocation and protects the children’s stability. I also need enforceable arrangements for communication, travel responsibilities and costs, and consideration of the children’s emotional and mental health needs.

Financially, I need an attorney to review the existing support terms and payment history, determine any unpaid support, and pursue an appropriate modification with reliable monthly payments, preferably through income withholding.
