Identify Thief From CCTV

I have several days of CCTV footage from a storage (it only records when there is movement) area where an item recently went missing. Unfortunately, I do not have a clear time window, so every minute of the material must be examined until the moment of the theft is pinpointed. The total archive to scan around 4 to 7 hours, stored as standard MP4 files that can be downloaded immediately. you can watch them on 8x speed and it will not take that long to go thru the whole thing.

Your task is to watch the recordings in full, spot the incident, and extract anything that will help me take action—exact timestamps, short clipped segments, and clear still-frame screenshots of the person involved. If multiple suspects appear, capture each instance. Basic video-editing or motion-tracking tools are fine as long as the evidence is crisp and exportable.

Deliverables
• A brief summary noting the exact timeline of the theft
• Downloadable video clips covering the lead-up, the act itself, and the suspect leaving
• High-resolution images of any identifying moments (face, vehicle, markings, etc.)
