Identify Andhra Pradesh Temple

I am looking for someone who can help me identify the exact location of a temple shown in a photo.

The temple name appears to be Sri Renuka Gangamma Devara Gudi. I believe it is somewhere in Andhra Pradesh, possibly around the Chilakaluripet / Guntur / Amaravati region.

I can provide screenshots where the temple board is visible, although the village name is blurry.

I only need:

* Exact village/town name
* Temple location
* Google Maps location/link, if available

Payment will be made inr only for successfully identifying the correct temple/location with reasonable proof.
Also I need someone who is local so you know what I am looking for.
I am able to check physically once provided then only the payment will be provided.
