Our team has already shipped a brand-new Makewell hydraulic press to a customer site elsewhere in India and the crate is open, leveled in position, and waiting for final installation. I’m looking for an experienced field technician who can take the press from “on the floor” to “in production”.
What I specifically need you to handle: installing and starting up the hydraulic press. You’ll guide the on-site crew through the remaining mechanical fit-ups, commission the control panel, run the first test cycles, fine-tune pressure and temperature settings, and sign off when the machine is running smoothly under load. If you are also comfortable wiring the last few electrical or hydraulic lines, even better—we can discuss that on call, though the plant electricians can support you.
Key deliverables
• Press fully installed, aligned, and anchored according to the Makewell manual
• First startup completed with all safety interlocks proven
• Two production batches run trouble-free while operators observe
• Brief hand-over session so their staff understand routine checks and emergency stops
• A concise commissioning report (PDF) summarising parameters, issues found, and your sign-off
The installation site is within India; travel and lodging are covered. I’ll share the exact address, layout drawings, and the latest user manual once we agree to proceed. If you’ve commissioned hydraulic, plywood, or laminate presses before—and can schedule the trip within the next two weeks—let’s talk.
