HVAC Estimator: Commercial & Industrial

I need accurate, well-documented HVAC take-offs and cost estimates for both commercial and industrial projects that we are bidding over the next few months. Your day-to-day task will be to review full construction drawing sets, identify the scope of mechanical works, and produce a clear bill of quantities with labour, material and equipment pricing for ducted systems, split systems and chilled water systems.

Typical workflow
• Receive PDF drawings and specifications from me and clarify any scope questions up front.
• Complete digital take-offs and itemised cost breakdowns, separating labour, plant, materials and subcontract allowances.
• Flag value-engineering ideas or obvious omissions in the documents.
• Return the finished tender package—including marked-up drawings, an editable spreadsheet of quantities and rates, and a concise written summary—by the agreed deadline.
