Hubstaff Setup for Precise Tracking

I’m rolling Hubstaff out across my team and want to be certain that the platform is configured for rock-solid, accurate time tracking and clear, actionable reports from day one. I’m comfortable with the basics but need a specialist who has done multiple deployments to review my current workflow, map it to Hubstaff’s settings, and guide the full implementation.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Audit of my existing projects, roles, and billing requirements to decide how they should translate into organizations, projects, and tasks in Hubstaff.
• Proper configuration of activity tracking, idle time, and screenshot settings so the data collected is actually useful rather than intrusive.
• Customisation of reports and exports so that weekly summaries, billable hours, and productivity metrics land in my inbox ready for invoicing and payroll.
• A short walkthrough (video call is fine) that shows me and the team how to log time correctly, interpret the dashboards, and avoid the common pitfalls that distort the numbers.
• A brief hand-off document capturing key settings, best-practice tips, and how to adjust things as the team grows.
If you’ve integrated Hubstaff with tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira before, let me know; we may expand in that direction once the core tracking is dialled in.
Success for me is simple: by the end of the engagement I can pull an end-of-week report that matches reality, managers can trust the data, and team members find the process straightforward rather than burdensome.
