**Title:** HubSpot expert to pair with our in-house builder: tickets pipeline, forms, Xero (10 hrs max, fully remote, starts today)
**Description**
We're an engineering consultancy launching a structural assessment service, and we have a job-tracking build to finish in HubSpot by close of business Tuesday 3 November. It's a straightforward build for someone who knows HubSpot well. We have a full written spec and a team member, Zidane, who will be doing the hands-on work. The whole engagement is online; location doesn't matter.
We're not hiring you to build it for us. We're hiring you to build it with him. You'll work in live screen-share sessions, guiding him through each step and explaining why, so he can maintain and extend it himself afterwards. If you'd rather just build and hand over, this isn't the right job.
**What's being built**
- A new ticket pipeline with ten stages for assessment jobs, under the customer's company record
- Company properties for account type, rate, contracted volume and credits
- A ticket form with required file uploads, cloned per account with per-account notification recipients
- Ticket properties, views and a dashboard
- HubSpot–Xero integration raising an invoice from a ticket or company record
- One end-to-end test of each account type
You'll get the spec before the first session.
**We're on HubSpot Starter and staying there**
No workflows, no calculated properties, no upgrade on the table for now. We want someone who knows exactly what Starter can and can't do and gets the most out of it, rather than someone whose answer to every gap is a higher tier. If you spot a smarter way to do any of this with the tools we already have, we want to hear it. The ideal candidate treats this as a chance to show us how much value is sitting in the systems we're already paying for.
**Timing**
- Hard cap of 10 hours for this project
- You need to be available today (Saturday 31 October), Sunday and Monday, with anything remaining wrapped up Tuesday
- Session times agreed with you at shortlisting

- Deep HubSpot experience: Service Hub tickets, forms that create tickets, custom properties, views and reports, and the Xero integration, all on Starter.
- A strong, clear English communicator who is good at teaching, patient with someone newer to the platform, and happy to be on camera and screen-share.
- Straight with us: if something can't be done on our tier, say so early and tell us the best way around it within Starter.
**Beyond this project**
We're growing fast and the tech will keep coming. For the right person there's consistent follow-on work, around 10 hours a month, as our go-to HubSpot specialist who knows our setup. The measure of success will always be the same: how well our own team can do it themselves afterwards.
